About VTC 2025

Theme: Fostering a Transformational Classroom Culture

The Vietnam Teachers Conference (VTC 2025) brings together educators, leaders, and innovators who share one vision β€” to see transformation in classrooms across Vietnam and beyond. Transformation is at the heart of what you want for your students. You want learners to grow and reach their potential. Transformation cannot be forced, but teachers build the conditions where it becomes possible.

We will focus on building a healthy classroom culture, forming positive multicultural relationships, using the learning process well, and strengthening classroom management. Together we will design environments that help students think deeply, collaborate wisely, and grow with purpose β€” creating impact that lasts beyond the classroom.
